I am a 32 year military veteran, and have dealt with many sales representatives in the past. However, this time a young man by the name of Charbel Saikali of Walter's Mercedes-Benz, Riverside, Ca. went above and beyond his job, in my opinion. Charbel Saikali went above and beyond to ensure my wife's new 2013 Mercedes C-Class met her standards, as well as her price. Charbel Saikali is the "Best" customer satisfaction specialist I've met to this day, and for that I say, Charbel job "Well Done." As a retired Command Master Chief I give Charbel Saikali a big Bravo Zulu (BZ)!

5 We have been coming to Walters Mercedes Benz for many years and recently we purchased our fourth car. Rick Akigbe has been our sales person every time and we could not ask for a more Knowledgable, helpful and friendly person. His new assitant Becky Scheussler made sure to call me for my appointments and was always friendly and professional, I trully feel they make a great team. I highly recomment Walters Mercedes Benz the service cannot be beat.

5 Arash Himit is an exceptional Sales Rep. He is very knowledgeable of the many cars on the lot. This was my first Mercedez purchase and he made the experience very comfortable. I purchased the 2013 C250 Sport Coupe LOADED. The Finance and papeerwork was a snap and the car is simply amazing. Thanks Walters team for a remarkable experience.
