Amazing!!! Our first Mercedes Benz (2013 ML350). We met Arash Himmat, Walters Sales Representative, a few weeks before Christmas. Knowing we were checking out a lot of SUV's before making a decision to purchase, he shared every detail on this vehicle with us to ensure (including a test drive) we would make the right purchase for our needs. After test driving everything from VW, Audi, Lexus, Volvo, Chrysler, etc., this ML350 MB was far and above their competition. The safety features and comfort of this vehicle are again, 'AMAZING'. Arash made himself available to us on Christmas Eve so that we could purchase our car. Time didn't matter to him, our comfort was his priority. He was very patient, extremely attentive and his follow-up to ensure our happiness a month later is his top priority. My wife and I had a wonderful purchasing experience in Walter's dealership for our first Mercedes-Benz C250 on 1/31/13. Vincent Troncoso and his assistant Juan Carlos Rasilla are the most professional and courteous Sales Persons we have met. Vincent was full of information and explained everything so professional. We got what we really need without regrets. Meanwhile, we got an amazing sales price from Vincent. We were pretty satisfied. Also, the finance manager was extraordinary. We finished the financial process in a pleasant conversation. We love our new car. Thanks Vincent and Walter's team.
