"On June 21st, 2012 I walked into Walter's ready to pick up my 2012 C63 AMG. Prior to coming in I had been worked with Charbel (Charlie) Saikali on ordering my car. He went above and beyond the call of service, haggling for me the best price he can get (a price I was extremely satisfied with) and getting me a sedan in an extremely rare color combo. Upon walking into the dealership my baby was sitting at the front of the showroom all washed up and ready for me to take her home. When it came time to sign the papers, absolutely everything was what we had discussed over the phone. There were 0 surprises and I was pleased to be able to walk in, sign, and drive off all in about an hours time. Since then, I have gone back for service of the limited slip differential at 2000 miles. I had made an appointment and upon my arrival the service staff were ready to take my car and all of them were all over the car telling me how nice it was. They finished the service in about two hours and even changed out a couple of sidemarkers I had brought in. During this time any and all questions I had were answered informatively by Mario the service manager. I cannot stress how much I have enjoyed my time at this dealership and despite the fact that I can take my car to ANY MB dealer for service, and that I have two dealerships that are closer to me but quite a bit, I will continue going to Walter's for the excellent level of attention and service that I receive hear."

"Our Internet rep. was ready to show us the car we where interested in when we arrived. He knew all the car. He explained all the working of the car on our test drive. He did all he could to speed up the sales proses. I am sure he stayed late to see all was ok and get us on our way home. Thanks"

"I have never had such an awesome experience of being a car as I did Tuesday at Walter Mercedes Benz. My wonderful awesome experience began as I walked thru the door and was greeted by Dee with a smile and kind voice. I was then greeted by Vincent (great smile) and told him I saw a car last week but I no longer see it. He searched his inventory records and the car was gone a 2007 CLK. I was a little disappointed, but the disappointment did not last long. Vincent showed me the available in the price range I was looking for and boy was I surprised at the selection I had to choose from and the choices were newer than 2007. I selected a car, we, my husband & I took the car for a test drive, we came back and we all went inside to do the paper work. Approved! All of this took about 90 minutes. The process went so fast I told Vincent we needed to go home and discuss. We discussed. The next day we went to pick up my new 2010 C300 white/almond mocha (like saying that) interior. This is where it gets awesome. I was greeted by Vincent, who had already taken care of getting the car fully detailed. We talked with him all of 15 minutes, and then we went to see the finance guy. This is where it usually gets ugly! NOT in this case, Julio was amazing the entire process would have taken less than an hour but when the atmosphere allows you to feel so comfortable and youe a talker it tends to take a little longer. In the contract there no hidden fees, no surprise tactics, like you need to come up with more money or your payment is not what you were told it would be unless you decided to add features and or benefits. If you don believe me I dare you to go to Walters Mercedes Benz in Riverside and ask for Vincent and Julio. Thank you all so much for the best car buying experience I have ever had. I still can believe it!"

"bought a 2012 CLS 550 from Charlie. He was the first salesperson I spoke with, so I stuck with him. He really knows his stuff and was straight to the point. I got a great deal on my car, so I took him to lunch. That's fair, right? Anyway, thank you so much for making everything work out! This lunch (and this review) is the least I can do."

"I had my eye on a Mercedes E350 for quite some time no and decided to try Walters Mercedes in Riverside. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie Saikali and from the moment I met him I felt very at ease. He showed me all the options available, lease vs purchase options, gave me a test drive, and even alternative cars I might want to try out. I never once felt pushed into something I did not want. After a few days of deliberation I decided on a white E350. I can honestly say this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I would like to thank Charlie and the rest of the Walters dealership for turning me into a lifetime customer of theirs."
