"We had been web searching for a Mercedes for about a year, finally we decided to actually drive to Walters in Riverside, Ca where we were professionally greeted by Peter Tecson, a very knowledgable & sincere salesman that made us feel comfortable immediately. As our conversation progressed, we expressed our thoughts & desires to Peter who had all the proper answers. Soon we began test driving cars & finally were allowed to take home an S550 for an evening, which proved to be the one we felt like most suited our wishes. After further discussions with Peter & Ted, Gail & I decided to purchase the beautiful S550 which we've had for 9 months now, all trouble free. We also were able to purchase the full extended warranty which applies over and above the dealer & factory warranty at a nominal fee. We have since gone to Walters Mercedes class 101 plus Peter Tecson has offered invaluable aid and assistance helping us to learn what this beautiful machine has to offer. Our experience with all involved was extremly courteous & professional plus the owner Walter always finds time to talk to us when we go for the car washes etc., a very kind gentlemen. We do highly recommend purchasing a Mercedes or any other car from these wonderful people at Walters, plus their service department employees are the absolute very best in the business. WALTERS, an experience in car buying like no other we've ever experienced, we plan to be their customers to the end. From the first day my family and I walked into the dealer to the day I drove off with my 2012 C250, and the many times I've had my car washed or serviced, sales associate Peter Tecson has continually provided me with outstanding customer service. Although, the process of trying to get approved for a car is supposed to be stressful, Peter went to great lengths to make my first vehicle purchase as stress free as possible. "On June 21st, 2012 I walked into Walter's ready to pick up my 2012 C63 AMG. Prior to coming in I had been worked with Charbel (Charlie) Saikali on ordering my car. He went above and beyond the call of service, haggling for me the best price he can get (a price I was extremely satisfied with) and getting me a sedan in an extremely rare color combo.

Upon walking into the dealership my baby was sitting at the front of the showroom all washed up and ready for me to take her home. When it came time to sign the papers, absolutely everything was what we had discussed over the phone. There were 0 surprises and I was pleased to be able to walk in, sign, and drive off all in about an hours time.

Since then, I have gone back for service of the limited slip differential at 2000 miles. I had made an appointment and upon my arrival the service staff were ready to take my car and all of them were all over the car telling me how nice it was. They finished the service in about two hours and even changed out a couple of sidemarkers I had brought in. During this time any and all questions I had were answered informatively by Mario the service manager.

I cannot stress how much I have enjoyed my time at this dealership and despite the fact that I can take my car to ANY MB dealer for service, and that I have two dealerships that are closer to me but quite a bit, I will continue going to Walter's for the excellent level of attention and service that I receive hear."
