"I drive a Sprinter van all over the continental US as an expediter. I make my living with this vehicle. Consequently, I have service performed in many different places with, as you'd expect, varying degrees of satisfaction. I think that when a service department treats someone like me well (who is never going to be a regular customer) you can count on them being good to locals too. I was very impressed with every aspect of my service at Walters. They took care of everything on my list in very good time, offered a loaner and even advised against doing an item I thought I needed - saving me from myself and saving me money. Next time I am in the Ontario/Riverside area and need service, Walters is where I will go. A special shout out to Tyler who took such good care of me."
