I had an appointment with Vincent the internet manager, and told him the equipment I wanted, and he printed for me a print out of the price and monthly lease. I gave him the color, and in a week he located the car as promised. The only very slight mishap was the quote from the finance office to do the 3m treatment of the windows, and the quoted price was $100 more when I called the next week to have it done, as I was informed that they misquoted me the price but would give it to me at their cost. The buying experience was very good and they honored everything else.

Went to view a used slk 300 after a carmax disaster. Set up test drive with Vincent over the Internet. Quick response time and came up from San diego to test it on a saturday. Unfortunately wife didn't like color, so a few short minutes later discussed great leasing offers, bing, bang, and out the door in under two hours. Mind you that included four test drives, since its a two seater. Love our new slk 250. Wife is very happy with the new car. Great job and super service, Vincent and team are outstanding people.
