"This review was based on the previous personal experience with service advisor Mario Torres at another Mercedes dealership. Previously I had a CLS which I bought and service at another dealership. If I remember correct, Mario was the third SA at that dealership that had helped me. Nothing wrong with others, but after talking with Mario, I felt he was a straight up guy. He will go out and help customer within his ability, such as last minute service loaner car, easy to fix small items or repairs, so on.... For example, when I tried to replace clear side marker on my CLS, he would do it himselve, the other guy would charge me at least $50/hr and said " I can't guranteen it will be fit...." Small things like that would make customer appreciated his willingness to help and make cusotmer's day. When you drop $70,000+ on the new car, you want someone is honest, knowledege, and responsible to take care of your car. Unfortunately, I don't have a Merceds anymore, otherwise I won't mind drive extra 20 miles to have Mario takes care my car."
