I truly had an amazing experience on my purchase of new SUV GLK 350. I walked in without any appointment, but the staff at Walter's Benz taken care of me and my family in such a great friendly manner. All the staff at Walter's are very friendly. We worked with sales person Jacqueline Nasser to buy our SUV. She is very friendly, understand your needs, showed us different cars and finally ended up with great deal. We really enjoyed our experience at Walter's. I highly recommend Jacqueline Nasser on your new car purchase for great deals.

As a repeat Walter's customer from 9 yrs. ago, it was time to get a new car, although my E320 runs great. My boyfriend joined me anticipating a pressure sales pitch he walked in with his feathers fully fluffed. Charlie Saikali, our sales man tactfully settled his concerns as I looked around the lot. Charlie Sailaki's first priority was to find out what I was looking for, and the range of payment plan that would best fit my retirement salary. No pressure sales tactics were ever used. I found a new C-class MB with just the right amount of upgrades I wanted. Charlie Saikali was pleasant, funny and most of all efficient. This is my 4th MB and my 2nd experience at Walter's; so well worth the drive from the Palm Springs area. Ask for Charlie Sailaki when you visit Walter's, the witty bantering that took place between my boyfriend and Charlie made the buying experience enjoyable.
