Not a usual reviewer, but my experiences here have compelled me to write my first one for these guys. Walters Mercedes has a reputation for excellent customer service, and last week was a prime example. Lupe L. was extremely patience with me while scheduling my appointment. A series of events occurred that created a challenge in regards to me getting the price I want, and my Sales Rep Charlie S. helped me find a solution that enabled it to happen. Charlie S. listened and addressed all my concerns, made sure I was comfortable with everything. Vincent T. (Internet Sales Manager) runs a business worthy of winning awards. I asked Vincent a bunch of Q's and he addressed them courteously, very sweet guy. Cecelia S., is an absolute doll. She followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with my GL450. She even emailed me instructions on how to set up the Garage door opener (Yes, I'm too lazy to read the manual). It's awesome to know that great customer service doesn't end when you leave. I really think the reason people are returning is because of the high level of service and a reputation for being straightforward and honest. Buying a car is a stressful and time consuming process - but I tell you, if I can work with this Internet Sales Team every time I buy a car, I'm going back every time! I know this sounds like a commercial for the dealership, but I'm still amazed at the experience I had working with them. It's an honor to be a customer of Walters Mercedes. Great dealership, great service, great people!

Vince helpd me get into my dream car: my e350. I have wanted this car since forever, and I am finally driving one. It is an amazing car and I get complimented all the time. Vincent was superb!

Bought my daugher a C250 last month. Love the color, style and good deal we got on the car. We were hoping to get our hands on a C350, but apparently they're hard to find. I am glad that we got the car that we did, because I bet we're getting better gas mileage on it. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I ended up getting the car for the price I wanted and Vincent was so helpful and walked us through the process from beginning to end with no suprises.

Went in looking for dolomite brown C class a few months ago. VIncent was astounding. There was some emails exchanged and phone calls. He encouraged me to come down and see the car. Once I saw it and test drove it, I couldn't resist. I drove home that same night and I haven't been happier since!

My father and I recently bought an E350 from duc truong at walter's mercedes benz,this is not our first mercedes benz,we usually buy it from caliber; but this time we decided to give walter's a try. Charlie at Walter s Mercedes Benz is amazing! I don t want to say what he did but, he went way above and beyond what my wife and I expected! He got us water he offered no almost forced us to let him get us lunch. A couple of days after we got the car home was when the real surprise came. I really don t want to say what it was because Charlie surely does not do for all his customers what he did for us!!! He made the buying experience very enjoyable. He set the navigation system in the car to get us to LAX after while we were meeting with finance. The navigation took us to the front door of our destination. Only regret is that we didn t buy all of our vehicles from Walter's!!!!

Mercedes-Benz has record November sales

4:53PM EST December 3. 2012 - Mercedes-Benz joined to march of automakers today reporting record sales for November. M-B reports total sales of 32,649, with the flagship luxury brand accounting for 30,315, up 13.1% from a year ago. The Smart city car and Sprinter commercial vans generated the rest.

Year-to-date sales for the company are also a record -- 273,622 up 14.5% -- the company said.

"As the post-storm rebuilding gets underway, we're seeing a strong sales pace for the industry at large which will carry MBUSA to its highest year on record," said Steve Cannon, U.S. CEO, in a statement.

The entry-level C-Class Mercedes-Benz was the volume leader at 8,585, up 2.5, followed by more upscale E-Class, which jumped 59.5% to 8,126. Unlike most luxury brands these days, a majority of M-B's November sales were passenger cars. Its top-selling crossover SUV was the M-Class at 3,894

Those vehicles are also the leaders year-to-date: C-Class with 73,940, E-Class with 58,187 and M-Class with 33,860, the company said.

Sales of the M-B high-performance AMG models -- ranging up to the SLS AMG supercar -- have grown 30.8% year-to-date to 6,176. Diesel model sales for the year are up 7.9% to 13,738.

The company also sold 704 Smart cars in November, up 70%, and 1,630 Sprinter vans, up 56%.
