"We went to Walters with the sole desire of just getting a few price estimates on some pre-owned vehicles. The service we received from our sales consultant, Arash Himmat, was superb. Before and during our test drives, Arash answered all of our questions about the cars. It was very apparent that he was very knowledgeable about the detailed workings of the cars we drove. As any Mercedes Benz owner knows, there are a lot of bells and whistles in a Benz, and we were lucky to have Arash explain some of them to us. In addition to that, we have set up an appointment to come back and have him go over any other questions we may have. This is our 4th Benz, and we have never had a salesman make such an offer. In the end, we purchased a 2009 E350. Arash made the process run very smoothly. The great service continued with the customer service we received from the finance manager, Julio Guerrero. Both Arash and Julio went out of their way to make our purchase a good, nonpressure experience. We look forward to returning to Walters for our routine maintenance visits and free car washes."
