"What a joy to find a Mercedes-Benz dealer with integrity and heart! We shopped from San Diego to Ventura and found our MB at Walter's in Riverside. Our sales rep. VINCENT TRONCOSO quoted us a price on the internet and delivered the exact car we had discussed for the exact price, to the penny. He actually lowered the price slightly so as not to exceed the quote promised after tax/license. Coming from Orange County, we had many other dealers to choose from but Walter's "smoked" the big stores in price, promises and product delivery! I saw another new MB this morning in Coto and they had turned their dealer paper plate around so as not to advertise. I will proudly keep my Walter's plate on to wake-up Orange County to a refreshing change!"
