Walter's Mercedes is the best dealership I have ever experienced. I have purchased three vehicles at Walter's in the past 10 years, each one was perfect! The service staff, particularly Rod Carry, are exceptional. Rod is friendly, makes good eye contact, patient, and explains everything thoroughly. His time and cost estimates are consistent and accurate. I can relax with Rod as I can trust him. Rod is the main reason I am a repeat customer. Their technicians are highly skilled. All service work was done correctly, the first time. Walter's does have an extensive inventory. I currently have an 2010 GLK 350 and a 2005 SLK 350. The SLK was unique in that it had an AMG factory sport package, something not easy to find. I expect my next vehicle to come from Walter's.
