I have to agree with all these very positive reviews!! My first experience of leasing a car was outstanding due to Bob Murray. He was very professional, and personal. And he hit it off good with my husband....both military men. Bob was very patient with all my questions....he even smiled! What a guy. Got to mention Bob's persistent effort in getting me my car on my birthday! As I was told.........I'm now in the family of Walters Mercedes Benz. I give Bob Murray 5 stars.!!

Hi I just had my car serviced at Walters Mercedes and Gerald Corona was so helpful and made my experiece a 10. I would very much recommend Walters Mercedes to anyone that needs service done. Of Course ask for Gerald as he is so GREAT and will make your service experience exceptional!!

I am writing to express our sincere appreciation to the time and attention given to my wife and I on our recent E350 purchase at Walter's Mercedes. Mike Esposito took his time in explaining the Certified Pre-Owned program and going over the vehicle operation in great detail. Mike's professionalism was a breath of fresh air and we never felt pressured at any way during the entire car buying process. I got my new Mercedes GLK-Class 2012 @ Walter's in Riverside, Ca. Everyone was so awesome, particularly Mr. Robert Bob Murray! He was so patient and even offered me his oat meal when I told him...I was really feeling hungry and was scared that I might have my migraine attack... Great, Professional, Outstanding Service!

I was in the market for a new E350 MB, and tried to purchase one from Cars.Direct. According to "money guru" Clark Howard, that was the way to go in regards to purchasing a vehicle. I received a quote from them, and then decided to go to Walters. We did a test drive with salesman Juan Carlos, who was very courteous, professional, informative and most importantly, not pushy. He gave me an estimate of what the vehicle would cost. Several days later I called him and said we would be in to make the deal. He put us in contact with Michael Esposito, who was also very courteous, professional, informative and not pushy. This was a very good experience. He explained things in regards to the vehicle in layman terms. We normally purchase vehicles through fleet, and never had to deal with salesmen/women, but I can tell you, this was a great experience. I take back all the bad thoughts I ever had about car salesmen/women.!!!!!
