Jacqueline Nasser is the best. At our 'Test drive a Mercedes' event on Nov 11th, she got us in and out of cars, paired up with some great sales people, and just gave us a great time while having our event go like clockwork. My wife and I worked with Charlie Saikali, he was upfront, kind, attentive, knowlegeable! He knows hes cars and helped my wife and I find a wonderfully built car that will last for many years to come! I would go back to the store for just his service. I have a 2008 BMW and a 2005 SAAB, with his service I will soon have replaced all my other cars with a MB! We went to 7 other dealerships before going to Walter's and it will be the last dealership we may ever go to. Thank you for our band new MB C Class!!! LOVE IT!
