We have purchased 5 Mercedes Benz vehicles over the past 10 years. We strayed once and purchased a BMW. The service from BMW didn't compare. What keeps us coming back to Walter's is Mario Torres in the Service Department. Mario, our Service Advisor, is responsive, knowledgeable and attentive (even to our dog Daisy). He always exceeds our expectations. I am a person that rarely uses the word always. Mario has the ability to keep the excitement after purchase to continue.
