Again, our service representative Mario was so professional in his attitude, appearance and demeanor. He asked specific questions and listened to the answers and communicated that with the mechanics which made out stay at the dealership we believe shorter and less worrisome. Also, our car was spotless inside and out when we got it back. Honestly, it looked brand new! What a pleasant experience when the situation could have been traumatic for us!
