Rob, as always, was exceptional is his understanding of the issues / reason for the service visit and explained what to expect and prompt at follow-ups. He brought in Todd who was going to work on the car. Todd was very courteous and spent time in understanding the issue and what I could expect. I value the Walters MB dealership very highly and Rob reflects the highest professional attitude to customer service. Great job, again!
