"I just received a call from Duc Truong about a two weeks ago while on vacation in Yosemite asking me if I would be interested in coming in to go over my lease contract and see if there was anyway he could get me into a new car (even though there was a year left on my lease). I finally made time to go in and see him again (Duc sold us our first Mercedes also). When I came in, Duc was super courteous and friendly (much like the last time I was there) and jumped on our meeting right away! We looked at a car, test drove it, got the paperwork going and were out of there within a couple short hours! Between him and Paul, the Sales Manager (who is also an amazing guy!) they were able to put us in the new car we wanted, take our old car and lower our monthly payment by $100!! Both my wife and I are happy campers and (again) happy customers of Duc's! Thanks again guys! :)"

"I was born and raised in a third world country and A Mercedez Benz car is only a dream for most of us.My wife and I where planning to get an Accord or a Camry which We can afford but We pass by Walter's and We saw these 2011 C300 sports. Bob Murray was very kind to show us and test drove as well. He treated us with respect and made everything possible for us to get the car. We are now enjoying Our Mercedez Benz and still cant believe I have one of these Beauty. Thanks to Julio Guerrero too at Finance and again to Bob Murray for a very Pleasant experience."

"I wanna thank Charlie for not being pushy about buying our car and not being too stressful. He isn't like the typical sales person and I thank him for that. Charlie was very informative about the whole thing. I would definitely reccomend him to anyone wanting to get a car. The over-all experience was very good as well. They had great service and treated me with respect and im proud to say I bought my C250 from Walter's Mercedes in Riverside"
